i went shopping with my mom a couple weeks ago for some wedding decor and noticed all these test tube vase decorations in the stores: i really am loving them. then i stumbled across betsy white's blog where she did a round up of some test tube vases. definitely an upcoming trend, what do you think of them? anyway, i decided to go on a hunt for test tube inspiration!

renegade los angeles:

i know it's monday and we're supposed to have a giveaway today but i am trying to secure the prize ;) so i thought i'd post a recap of the show! giveaway will be coming soon!

the renegade craft fair was this past weekend: it was a blast! so many people stopped by, i got to meet so many wonderful people! here are some highlights:

found out we live only 15 mins from eachother! ;)

for those of you who stopped by late saturday afternoon, you may have seen my 2 brothers there! that's because nick and i were at the LA food fest, trying to find a food vendor for our wedding.

my bro's were super sweet to help me out. they did a great job selling and packing everything up. i think the best quote of the weekend was someone who stopped by the booth and commented to them, "i read oh, hello friend's blog.. i didn't know it was run by 2 guys!" hehehe. so cute and funny, whoever said that ;)

hi friends! i am preparing for renegade los angeles this weekend - July 24 + 25 so i won't be posting tomorrow. if you're in the LA area, i hope you'll stop by! it's an awesome craft show, with over 250 crafters and it's free! hello wedding - a sweet day:

so you may remember me blogging about making linda's wedding invitations with japanese tape. then there was her lovely bridal shower. it occurred to me i never did blog her actual wedding so here it is! it was a beautiful day, the bride + groom were beautiful. the wedding was held at the church that john is a youth pastor at, so very special!

okay, ruby is like super mom/craft/wedding/everything woman. the week before she was finishing many many many feet (i think 3 football fields worth?) of bunting and the day before there were flowers all over her mom's house since ruby was arranging them! i say everyone should have a ruby in their life ;)
