  10. Such a lovely necklace! I'm crazy about bows.

What did I do this weekend? I tried really hard to study, but didn't really succeed, spent too much time on the internet, took an evening walk in my neighbourhood, just exploring streets I had never been before, bought ice cream, watched too many episodes of desperate housewives and went jogging, to be surprised while I was halfway with lots of rain.

Well last week I went to the lake with my fam and that pooped out my poor body, so Saturday I did nothing and then Sunday I went to church to hear hubby preach (he did an amazing job) and then went to get lunch and do a tiny bit of shopping with my mom after. For dinner, hubby and I went to get sushi and that was perfection. It was a very nice Sunday but now I am laying low in the hopes that I won't get sick.

  140. I had such a busy weekend! Friday started off with some hysterical weeping (because my best friends left for Brazil for a year) but I decided crying wouldn't help me or her, so I went out for drinks at night and had a blast. Then Saturday I went to some friends to chill out, when suddenly I receive a call from my interim office to ask if I could go work at a festival - to clean toilets! Well I'm desperate for money since I want to purchase so many stuff from so many Etsy shops, so I decided to go. After lots of wiping the toilet seats and mopping the floor, I headed for the station only to find out I missed my last train! Fortunately my mother was still awake and she came to get me. On Sunday I paid a visit to my grandmother, whom I hadn't seen in months, and ate lots of cake!

Ha. That was one long comment. I hope you had a pleasant weekend yourself! x

  142. This weekend my husband and I attempted to make bagels - his idea, he's convinced we're eventually going to open a bagel shop. They ended up very salty and dense. And we overheated our hand mixer (don't own a stand mixer) to the point where it was smoking, literally. So needless to say, never making bagels again, and definitely not opening that bagel shop.

  143. I napped! It was blissful. My baby slept with me on the couch for 2 whole hours. Simply divine!

Danni - thank you for the Customer Appreciation week! I've really enjoyed reading your blog, and I browse your shop often. I'm looking forward to making my first purchase soon (budget constraints are keeping me from doing so now)!
